Kings Chapel

Kings Chapel in Old Amersham, Buckinghamshire is an immaculately renovated 18th Century chapel. Its license to conduct civil marriages and partnerships is imminent. This is such a beautiful space for a ceremony, we can’t wait to start seeing photos of weddings here! Receptions here can accommodate 110 guests for a sit down meal or 20 for a cocktail party style. The chapel has an additional function room, comfortable lounge bar and a private walled garden, perfect for mingling with your friends and family with a glass of bubbly in your hand.

The history wrapped up in the walls of this venue is breathtaking. The grand pulpit, domed ceiling and arched windows give this amazing venue such ambience. Parkstead House

The deconsecrated chapel at Parkstead House on the edge of the wonderful Richmond Park in Surrey is a special place to exchange your vows. Manresa Hall is the name given to the 19th Century chapel. With room for an impressive 150 guests for a civil ceremony, they will be wowed by the soaring arches and decorated ceilings. The old organ loft and floor to ceiling doors will certainly add a real sense of grandeur to a wedding day.

When evening comes, Manresa Hall is transformed into a party place, ideal for live bands and DJs. By the stroke of Midnight the party must sadly come to an end but one thing’s for sure, you will have had a ball at this lovely venue.

Halle St Peter’s

Clermont

From the outside, Clermont looks every inch the working church but step inside this deconsecrated building in residential Preston Park in Brighton and you realise this is no ordinary place. The church pews have been removed leaving an inspiring open plan space for a wedding ceremony and/or reception.

Brass chandeliers and stained glass windows are just a couple of the features you will fall in love with at this alternative wedding venue.
